Sanabil Project

The Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) acquired a plot of land overlooking the central park and

sought funding to complete the construction of the IUM Sanabil Project. To facilitate the issuance of

a Sharia-compliant Sukuk, IUM appointed IUM Holdings Pvt Ltd (IUMH) as the Special Purpose

Vehicle (SPV) tasked with undertaking the required project.
